These terms cover this website and the menus Experience publishes for restaurants. Experience is operated by Dakshsinh Parmar, Surat, Gujarat. By browsing a menu or working with us, you agree to them.

Menus

Each menu is published from the information its restaurant provides. The restaurant is responsible for what a menu says: the dishes, prices, dietary marks, allergens and nutrition facts, and for meeting the food laws that apply to it, including the display and labelling requirements of the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India. Confirm anything that matters to you, such as an allergy, with the restaurant before ordering.

A menu is a menu, not a shop. Experience takes no orders, holds no payments and makes no reservations; the links on a menu lead to the restaurant's own channels.

Working with us

For restaurants, the first 90 days with Experience are unbilled. We build your first menu with you, on site. The commercial terms that apply after that period are agreed with each restaurant in writing before they take effect; nothing on this website changes them.

A restaurant keeps ownership of its menu content and photographs and gives us permission to publish them on its behalf, in the menu and in the previews and links that lead to it, for as long as we work together. The restaurant confirms it has the right to give that permission and that its content breaks no law and no one's rights. We may change or withdraw the service with notice, and a restaurant may leave at any time; when it leaves, its menus come down and its data is handled as our privacy notice says.

Use of the site

You may browse menus and share their links freely. Do not copy the service, interfere with it, scrape it at scale, or use it to send unsolicited messages. The site's design, code and name are ours; the menu content is the restaurant's.

Liability

The site and menus are provided as they are, without warranties, and may be unavailable at times. We are not responsible for what a restaurant serves or charges, or for the accuracy of what it tells us. To the extent Indian law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to a restaurant is limited to what it has paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Talk to us first about any dispute; if it cannot be settled that way, the courts at Surat have exclusive jurisdiction. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.

Grievances and contact

Questions or complaints about these terms, a menu or this site go to Dakshsinh Parmar at hello@experience.place. We acknowledge them within a working day and answer within 30 days.

Changes

When these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. Restaurants we work with are told of any change that affects them.
